Is this a precursor of a Downgrade? Can't fathom why CDD would prematurely payout its US debt facility that had such low interest rates over its other debt facilities. Possible reasons: CDD internal forecasts concerned of breach of its covernants this FY, or, Crescent intends to acquire more than 50% of CDD and wants to avoid the expensive break fee that would be incurred on change of control, or, miraculously CDD has significantly increased its Cashflow. Thoughts?
