Big multiplier on EBITDA I noticed ITG was about a 7.5 on EBITDA for 90 cents. Both CDD and ITG had similar Crescent Capital $ inputs. I can't see this as being so straightforward.Perhaps tthey sell off Cardno into seperate pieces.
Could they strip out the US business for a higher multiplier?
