    Yes exactly right. Crescent are buying this on the cheap side to lower their entry point and sell it of later on for some $$$ profit. Yes in hindsight selling it all at $3.40 would have been nice. I wonder what this will open up tomorrow morning?

    Smart move at the $1 offer is to hard to resist. The share offer has no strings attached?
