Haven't made up my mind yet. Will wait to see how low it trades, got two weeks to decide. Also, will have to read offer docs to look for attached strings. ( Offer closes 16/12 ) I don't think I trust this mob anymore, this whole thing fells shifty. I'd like to know how many shares Management apply for, they're certainly being paid enough to buy big. Even if Board & Management options are now worthless, they always seem to find a way to compensate them somehow, by lowering threshholds & changing terms, and we'll be the last know about it.
