I don't think they can lock our shares up this time. Should trade tomorrow. Record date of then current holding for entitlement....Thursday 3rd. Free to sell after then. Institutional issue free to sell a week before Retail offer even closes. Open to manipulation to scare away prospective retail participants. The more I look at this, the messier it seems. Retail entitlement issue won't be available to trade untill Xmas Eve. I think these jokers are taking the pi$$.
