Sounds like it would make sense.
As you mention CTQ's sales figures 2021-23 are similar to TAL 2020-2022 (actually just 6 months behind due to TAL Dec year end)
CTQ are catching up with June-Dec 2023 sales of $4.5m cf to TAL $6.4m, but TAL market cap is > 4X CTQ.
