The company doesnt develop any turn key products and under the SAS badge they are able to get investor monies.
That game is over with the ATO notice as they have no real RnD. Not much vision from the company too.
All this company does is to acquire mediocre businesses for non organic growth, source whitelabel products from China to connect to their so called SAS platform.
Look at live life alarms, no need for it to be on the stock market and doing just fine.
