    Each to their own, as frustrating as it’s been, it’s on the cusp of making us a lot of money. Good luck either way, but whether it’s a TO or a JV, the end price will end up over 10c. Do the math. Just don’t be that poor guy holding the pitchfork with 1 more dig to go.
