Perhaps not from a gold stock trader hype point of view - but the low grade, broad mineralisation is a very good sign when dealing with secondary quartz/pyrite/arsenopyrite mineralisation which contains the gold. The brittle sandstone means that there is likely a lot of room for mineralisation at depth.

As an example, NXM's early discoveries at Crusader (a few years ago now - not the examples referred to below) were sub-1g/t grades. While we're not in the Eastern Goldfields, the mineralisation at Wallbrook is also quartz/pyrite/arsenopyrite. It all comes from a hydrothermal system that floods fractures in the rock.

The upshot is that the drilling - in particular 148m @ 0.3g/t - suggests there may be something down there. AGC needs to target it and go deeper to find the higher grades.
