Have you read up on the EL, exploration licence terms and the ML, mining licence terms ? Good place to start. The Pilbara is a barstard of a place geographically for infrastructure and labour and this type of mineral extraction. Thats why the csiro are on to it too. Doing things at a profit are easier said than done a lot of the time.
