You think they would have drilled at least some of the resource to the density to get it into indicated so they have a rough idea of how much drilling will be needed. Maybe this might not have given them the answer they might have wanted, but it would have saved a lot of hassle now. ARV is like watching a normal resource development backward.
Ego driven big hole -> build plant -> drill resource -> do met work.
