The share price was in the 70s late last year and below $1 only a month ago. If you truly wanted to accumulate you have had ample opportunity. I for one am happy that they aren't going through a protracted capital raising program as the shares will be issued and we will move forward in a matter of weeks, not months. Nothing worse than your stocks going into purgatory while retail investors wait for a $5k issuance of shares at a price only a few percent lower than the share price which has dropped close to the capital raise levels in the meantime.
