Who knows where the share price will be in 3, 6 or 12 months time. Macro factors will impact the CNB share price like what happened back in Nov/Dec last year, if things were to turn south again. It's prudent to raise cash when you're in a strong position so that you arent screwed by the brokers, having to give away stacks of free options, and arent forced to raise at a much lower price if things dont go as well as expected. Unfortunately im holding a few companies where they've reached desperation stage regarding cash position and had to raise at all time lows. Management in CNB is thankfully much smarter than these other clowns.
