re: Ann: Carnallite Scoping Study Completed &... Well now we know why the OPEX figures weren't revealed prior to this.

These figures are very poor. $187 OPEX excluding contingencies. They haven't mentioned that it is FOB so transportation costs to port probably not included.

STB's OPEX is in fact in the upper quartile of developers.

See page 7 of ELM's November presentation for a useful comparison to competitors.

STB was boasting about having the lowest CAPEX in the world but now is up to $1.5 billion.

I doubt this project is economic.
