Anything above the dismal lows of 0.08 cents warrant some kind of excitement....... I almost cracked a bottle of champers when 1.1 cent was hit...... ;).
Anything around the 2 cent mark for the very short term is good news, when the contracts start being signed then I believe some dramatic improvement will be made.
It's been a bloody long wait, it's about time things are starting to move .... Slowly but surely.
