Yeah well, not really a CCE specific thread but BD what a load of crap!

Just because you didn't click the "Sell" button doesn't mean you havent lost 99% of your investment. When you've been massively diluted, and the share price is 98% of what you paid; and when the company actually hasn't made a dime in 15 years or even published a single specific fact or peer-reviewed report, you've LOST the money in every way-shape-and-form except for gaining the benefit of a reduction of tax payable against some other capital gain!

Consider (after consulting with your tax professional of course) a tactical action as follows: Sell (yep, acknowledge your massive loss) - realise the capital loss (so you can of set against a capital gain if you can find one!), rebuy if you love it so much, and THEN hold 'til your heart is content!
