I am interested to know if CWE has a plan for how they can viably extract energy from waves in suboptimal conditions.
Not all high energy locations are always producing high energy swells. Even the southern coastline of Australia experiences periods of relative calm.
If CWE has a model that does the job when the conditions are less energetic, much more of the world becomes a target for the technology. Some of that world is the most needy in terms of energy and freshwater.
It is hard not to imagine that the CWE engineers will have this at the back of their minds and would have been working on something.
