Now if as you say you have a "keen eye to jump in PLL again ...." then why haven't you looked at the basic materials published by the company, particularly the detail presentation on CLP update

There were/are specific questions on air quality and crop yield that were addressed by PLL

Now if you were to take the trouble to access the NC DEQ site and look at air permitting you would see that
(a) permit application submitted 6 Sep 2022
(b) there were 2 rounds of additional info requests - last request was 14 Oct 2022
(c) final additional info received 6 Jan 2023
(d) and as yet the State has not sent the application to EPA nor has a public hearing date been scheduled

PLL does not control the Gov't timeline - they have to respect the sequencing (and so does Gaston County and its Commissioners).


BTW Ghana is a far better SC mine than NAL ... (might even be better than Moblan).
