CR unlikely i think they have $70-100m in cash and recently sold investment in sya to strengthen balance sheet they still hold 25% in sya nal JV , pll strategy has always been to minimise shareholder dillution but who knows how things develop, i think there are other funding options for mine development they would prefer like and investment from a battery manufacturer or government funding
