$1.50 to $2 is guaranteed. Take-over or farm out. Maybe a touch more if new punters get over enthusiastic. It’s where we got to 8 years ago when we had a farm out agreement. Yes we now have more tangible evidence post this drill and wet gas is a bonus, however oil and gas prices are in a slow downward path so that price range still applies.
