They cant keep silent if a proposed deal has fallen through - they need to make it public.
Keeping quiet about the fact a MAJOR geography wont be using the product as alluded to in a previous announcement would warrant investigation by the ASX - keep in mind the rubbish going on with BIG, GSW about the announcements and deals.
