re: Ann: CRZ: carsales to acquire additional ... Just looking over the announcements regarding car sales stake in icq.

When crz first bought it's 19.9% stake in icq last year, one of the key commercial terms were: car sales shall "stand still" and will not increase it's stake beyond 19.9% for a period of up to two years.

Well it's taken less than a year for crz to increase their position in icq, I thought they couldnt increase their position for a period of up to 2 years.

Definitely looks like a takeover target to me.
