almost everything is falling today, so I don't attribute any negativity to the proposed benefits of acquisition offer as a reason for ICQ SP falling, people in Australia are losing jobs, income, business etc and just need to loosen up cash flow and also are nervous about damage of continuous lockdowns to the economy so I think that accounts for a lot of the falls this week - there will be a recovery as usual
