this looks like a gold deal for MEI. If they are to pay out AUD$750k for 400,000 ounce of gold then that works out to be about AUD$1.88 per ounce.
400,000 ounces of gold worth AUD736,400,000.00....
I can see why Crusader sold for less cash but more stock in MEI. They see significant value in MEI and coupled with MEI ability to secure funding the balance sheet through the drill bit could result in unimaginable returns.
