    Run rate synergies of $7-8m USD...They are paying an EBITDA/EV multiple of less than 4x times including synergies. You would pay as high a multiple for an ice cream van by the beach.

    This is an absolute joke of an offer. Something is completely off. Surely there a numerous buyer looking at this now.
