I believe the share price was manipulated down to make the 50% offer at $1.10 look ‘attractive’.

If CASA withdraw or there’s enough votes against, the share price is unlikely to drop.

$1.10 is opportunistic, under-valued, cheap and this level will probably be respected.

But of course, Management have probably told Sales to sit on their thumbs for 2019 as it appears they don’t want to see additional revenue at the moment.
