Its all been smoke and mirrors. If a substantial deal was coming it would accelerate sp growth, relieve the need to consolidate and would not need to appeal to an investment community that wants to invest at higher prices. Don’t most investors want in at the bargain prices?

Example if you have 1m shares at .003 thats a thousand bucks every time an increase by .001 increment.

a 25:1 consol on the above price = 7.5c leaving one with 45,000 shares. That equals $45 per every .001 increase. Far less of a chance of a greater profit. Wheres the incentive in that?

fact is imo company has nothing. 100k in revenue last qtr.....ffs. This company is thrashing about like a cut snake.

yep always someone out there to benefit from latest scenario, however to assume shareholders or new shareholders will at some future point is total bs.

throwing the company another lifeline is sadistic and sick imo, especially if they have nothing of substance to announce after all this time and no monthly revenue as previously disclosed from Strides etc.

There may be the possibility of a class action here, on all the misleading statements to market if they can raise some good capital post consolidation. Listed Companies are accountable for this stuff if pursued correctly and economically viable to do so. Will new investors cough up again on that basis?
