The case for consolidation would be much stronger if the board were willing to provide a comprehensive projection of future cash flows and stick their necks out on a timeline. The share price will only go down in greater increments after the consolidation without some concrete evidence of sustainable revenue. SUDA is looking more and more like a bottomless pit.
