re: Ann: Case Investment Portfolio and Quarte... I've been wrong before but;
- All cases are in contention. However, IMF does not provide funding to all comers and the historic win rate should it continue is very strong (I can't find the figures but they've only lost 1 case out of a few hundred?).
- Regulatory risk, while of concern, cannot be considered as wiping out the company with any stroke of a pen. Judicial challenges must be an active part of keeping the bastards honest.
- Share buyback is currently not active and hasn't been used by the company, and it currently has more than 1m shares to be purchased if required. Hence, it will not be over in a weeks time.
