    Renounceable Entitlement Offer – Confirmation of Despatch Guildford Coal Limited (ASX: GUF) (Guildford) announces that, in accordance with the timetable for the partially underwritten pro rata renounceable entitlement offer announced on 27 January 2015 (Entitlement Offer), despatch of the Prospectus and Entitlement and Acceptance Forms has occurred today.
