So what arrangements have been made with management that you as punters are not privy to? Most likely BD and his team will do better out of the scheme than you will as they continue to "create change and grow value" in a way they couldn't before. I agree with others comments that the offer is too low.

I would have welcomed a higher bid however will be happy to take the offer if it includes the franked dividend.

LGD will have provided over a 100% return over the last couple of years, that includes the dividends paid out.

Would be very happy if the rest of my stock portfolio had provided a similar return - sadly that has not been the case.
