Looks like a pretty good price to me, if you've held them , the electrical utility tech sector seems to have a lot of interest on the market at the moment, then again of course if the res lowers rates like being predicted the housing and development sector will need this sort of stuff and this takeover bid is inspiring as an indicator in this current climate.
Also watch integrated internet housing control companies.
