definitely a disappointing offer. it's a small premium for a company with a relatively low market cap and so much potential over the coming years. More what you'd expect from a billion dollar plus acquisition of an established player. I bet there is more in their back pocket anyway so a no vote should see them up their offer or other potential suitors could make an appearance.
