We really don't know what Brad's motivations are here. He may be happy to grab this offer because its the only one on the table. He could then ride off into the sunset with $20m plus in his pocket and be happy, regardless of what it is really worth. A takeover with an EV/EBITDA ratio of around 6 is very low. It will be very interesting to see what the Independent Experts Report has to say.
