    But the 7c dividend gets taxed at your marginal rate.
    So that scenario holds if you taxed at 30%, but not good if top marginal rate as you have to pay the top up tax - say 15% (diff between company tax and top marginal rate)?
    And better if you're a pensioner/lower tax rate.
