OK great, I was hoping that was how it was being accounted.
It's no wonder the revenue growth is so powerful, if existing customers renew (which it seems they do due to the ARPU figures) then any additional growth is strengthened by revenue from previous customers too.
It's a solid model but as devil's advocate I constantly try to poke holes in it and find something that needs addressing but I always come up short. I am constantly critical of my stocks but BIG is just killing it.
I think, as we see in that other thread though regarding service delivery, the real challenge for BIG is going to be maintaining this velocity whilst also maintaining service targets and quality. As first mover, it's really only their business to lose at this point!
