Sure, they never will produce. They are not able to do this, because the missed all deadlines so far and have no knowledge about lithium production. But maybe they do not want to produce, maybe they just want to dress up the bride, so they can sell for a good price and get a management seat or something else. The bod has tons of shares and options. They will make huge profit with a buy out something above $1,5 per share. This would make me happy, too!
Is it possible, that they had to wait until the WA sale is over, because of taxes?
