Cash payout likely at 11.5c plus there will be $17m in cash left and a well making $350k in free cashflow. Less unknown liabilities and unknown admin costs - either way the remaining entity will have a residual value, so exiting at 11c might be short changing yourself if you can wait. Upside is capped though unfortunately.
