Yes... there is a hope that a rival bid may occur. I would class at the 30% level maybe a little higher.
Shareholders can scuttle if another bid does occur.
The deal is like hitting the self-destruct button with what I think over the top benefits for those on the board and management given how many hoops shareholders have has to jump through with this company.
