Like many others I don't understand the rationale for leaving a shell, but have seen this before with HPP. I suspect it won't be easy to get the suspension lifted.
Ultimately the shareholder register is too spread out and saving some activist action, it's hard to see SH pushing to do something that could result in a change in control and wind up.
