Ann: Cash takeover offer for QMC of $0.17 per share, page-5

I missed the new Young Australia Tank Hill drilling results announced on the 13th Dec, which by the way are a pretty big deal as far a grades and widths go, and then I see that on the 14th Dec the QMN share price actually dropped a little so today (the 15th) is the day to improve the takeover offer and get the takeover offer done before everyone wakes up from their snoozing.

Looks like Chinova will have a new JV partner, I am assuming the rig is gone/demobilized and all assay results are back from the lab so no more things out of left field to derail the takeover (except maybe FIRB approvals?).

I only got into QMN around Sept this year so have a different perspective to some of the other longer term holders here, anyway, well done to the QMN technical team, I bet they wish they could continue drilling next year as they were onto some success at Tank Hill but thats the nature of exploration....
