They paid $4bn USD to acquire Honey, a similar but inferior cashback company.
Given the US + Canada is 14 times the size of Australia, CRW would have been worth $279m ($372m AUD, $4.71 SP) by Paypal's standards.
Even Shopback would be interested.
It is unfair for people who bought at IPO price to give up their shares so cheaply - ie at a massive loss.
When they invited people to buy at IPO, they thought it was a great company.
If they still think it is a great company, then it is worth at least its IPO value.
