Yes. If you do not return the acceptance form (which you would have received in the mail), then you haven't agreed to transfer your shares to ANZ.

However, for those who haven't accepted, be aware that ANZ can compulsorily acquire your shares if they achieve a holding of 90% in CRW by the end of the offer period. The offer also doesn't become unconditional until they get 90% interest.

We should get an indication from ANZ / CRW as to what the level of acceptance is and how much they hold in the company, progressively over the coming weeks.

CRW/ ANZ appear to trying to scare holders into selling by warning in their statements that the share price will fall and they may be forced to raise capital at deeply discounted prices if you do not accept the offer.
