I understand however the young want things instantly now days like BNPL and you are spot on about profitting off users who forget (can relate)..I don’t know if I will top up anymore for now theres another problem I dislike how they have the same stores with the same cashbacks over and over on the front page and nothing gives me the urge to spend anymore besides the spontaneous pop up cashbacks. I must admit I have been abit savy though because i noticed when companies like chemistwarehouse or Iconic (examples) have crazy sales they will do 1% cashback but when prices are normal for majority of items it will be 10% or so..Im worried people will catch on. Thoughts anyone?
