No surprises re Caspian. The Courts would prefer not to be dealing with the matter and relying on both parties reaching a commercial outcome. In my opinion the delay is only to the benefit of IEC. The time allows IEC to continue to strengthen it cash resources and show the Court if need be the efficiency gains from its own machinery and relying on other suppliers instead of the dubious onerous contract that Caspian is trying to enforce. Caspian are looking like the fools!!
