Also it should be noted that with the pending release of additional mining leases to Tancoal by the Ministry of Mines and Minerals shows that the Govt has confidence in Tancoal in producing coal to drive growth for Tanzania. They would not want to rely on Caspian who have proven they are not competent managers..
