I agree with your last para - if there is a mine to be had (I think there is, but I'm optimistic), it will double or triple the SP, but not any time soon. Getting a mine up and running will take dilution/equity-raise/partnership which will have the initial effect of softening any quick gains in the SP from a decision to mine. Longer term I absolutely agree with you, so let's hope other holders have the patience to hang in there and not add to any short term depressing effect on the SP by dumping.
There's one thing in the back of my mind that keeps niggling though. The investment fund in WA that the MD is a member of, and that sold all its stake at the last high (mid 40c), makes me wonder if they knew something the market didn't, or if it was a simple fiduciary requirement of theirs to sell when they had made a near 100% profit (I think they bought in around mid-20c - could be wrong). Would be very nice to know the answer to that.
