actually lots of HC chatter is a sign of what is hot and possibly over valued, look at all the chatter with lithium and REE stocks last year, bhp, Rio and Newmont hardly ever get chatter in comparison. I haven't researched this one but I look for grade and overall quality of the project, how long it's been hanging around (some projects are duds get passed around for decades) and most importantly have they money to keep drilling?
