Ann: Castle Announces Share Purchase Plan, page-6

Now, I am pretty new to this share trading stuff but I have to ask, what’s the real point?

They have $2.1M in the bank and they are raising another mill potentially before costs of the placement. So maybe a total of $3M at the ends of it.. other than the oppies carrot, there is no incentive as you can purchase on market for same.

Surely this raise could have waited until the next decent announcement re MRE dropped and raise at a potentially better price? It’s not like the less than $1M to be raised is desperately needed.
