They’ve done their time to become a sophisticated investor
Need to make 250k per year for the last 2 years or have 2.5mil of assets
It isn’t fair I agree but trying to raise money from a retail raise is a freakin nightmare
I’d actually prefer them to do a sophisticated raise because it gets the name out to bigger names rather than to just the current holders
